Payment terms Payments by credit cards are processed through WSPay system. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. The credit card will be charged for the total amount according to the conditions of the accepted proposal / reservation. All payments are made in EUR. If the guest’s card is denominated in another currency, the amount will be converted to EUR according to the exchange rate of the card company. As a result of currency conversion, a slight difference from the displayed price may occur.
Authorization and charging The transaction method is pre-authorization. The amount is first authorized on the guest’s card, and the charge is confirmed within 7 days from authorization. If the charge is not confirmed within that period, the transaction is automatically canceled.
Cancellations and refunds – Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival: free of charge. – Cancellation within less than 7 days or no-show: the amount of the first night will be charged. – Refunds, when applicable, are made using the same method as the original payment.
Complaints and consumer rights Complaints may be submitted in writing to sales@hotelfanat.com or by post to: Biberons d.o.o., Šetalište pape Ivana Pavla II 36, 21000 Split, Croatia. We will respond within the legal timeframe with confirmation of receipt and decision regarding the complaint.
Confidential data protection Payments by credit and debit cards are processed via the WSPay system. WSPay uses SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. Transactions are additionally secured through the 3-D Secure standard (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check). Biberons d.o.o. never collects or stores card numbers.
Statement on personal data collection and use Biberons d.o.o. collects only basic customer information necessary to fulfill business obligations. Collected data is securely stored and used solely for the purposes for which it was collected. Access is restricted to authorized employees only.
The customer has the right to refuse to receive promotional messages and to withhold consent to provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Statement on the Protection of Personal Data Transfer Protection of personal data is ensured in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679). Monri WSPay, as the credit card authorization and billing processor, processes personal data as a data processor and complies with GDPR and strict PCI DSS L1 regulations. Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of data protection. Personal data used for authorization and billing are considered confidential. Monri WSPay does not process or use personal data except for the purpose of performing authorization and billing.
Statement on WSPay usage Biberons d.o.o. uses WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure online payment system, real-time payments with credit and debit cards, and other payment methods.
